Refund Policy

BonaFide is operated by Relocate Legal PLLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for BonaFide.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This applies to both one-time purchases (Pro Se) and your first subscription payment (Solo, Practice).

Subscription renewals

For subscription plans, you can cancel at any time from your account page to stop future renewals. After the 14-day window, recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable, but we evaluate requests individually — please contact us if you have a specific situation.

Free trials

Solo and Practice plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Or, email us at info@relocatelegal.com with your order details and we will help you start the refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary (usually 3–10 business days).
